MOSCOW, May 30 (PRIME) -- The Moscow Arbitration Court on Tuesday sided with the Federal Antimonopoly Service in finding Apple guilty of illegally imposing the use of its payment service in App Store on applications developers and fining the U.S. company 1.2 billion rubles.
“To refuse to satisfy the requirements,” Judge Yekaterina Aksyonova said.
The court rejected Apple’s complaint against the antimonopoly service’s decisions.
